I'm not here to tell you to abandon Pilates and become a strength coach.

 

I love Pilates and I love that it asks for everything; precision, mindfulness, mobility, balance, co-ordination & strength. 

But I also love strength training. And I know how many clients walk into our studios asking to improve their strength.

Here's what frustrated me: our traditional programming style underdoses for strength. We're giving clients endurance work while telling them it will make them stronger. They improve at Pilates movements, but they're not getting the strength gains they came for.

So I did a deep dive. I merged my physio knowledge, hours of additional coursework, and what I know works in individualised programming, with what I love about Pilates.

 

What emerged is a system that teaches instructors the strength science they missed in teacher trainin, and how to integrate it without abandoning Pilates principles.

This course is that system: evidence-based, practical, and designed specifically for Reformer instructors who want to serve clients seeking strength development without losing what makes Pilates, Pilates.
