Class Structure
My teaching style is a mix of contemporary meets O.G Pilates. Each class has it's own unique theme and focus allowing you to see how the exercises connect and assist with each other. With small class sizes you'll feel like you're moving and laughing with me in real life, how cool's that?
Prepare to be challenged as you are pushed to progress your own practice by connecting and understanding the exercises in more depth.

When: Weekly Live Class on Mondays at 12:30pm AEDT
Duration: 1 Hour, 45 reformer class plus 15 minutes for questions, deep dives, and teaching tips.
What you need: All you need is yourself, a reformer and to not take yourself too seriously.
