How to Get in Contact With Us

Our Preferred method of communication is

  1. Via Email admin@pilates-hq.com.au  - during our business hours of 9am until 5:30pm

  2. If this is not possible then via text message on 0429578987 between 9am and 4pm

  3. If the message is unable to be communicated in the above way then please call us,

    (We are often teaching classes during the day and do not have a reception desk, so we are often unable to answer the phone. We will do our best to return your call within 24 hours.)


Class Bookings

Due to the limited sizes of our classes it is advised you sign up ahead of time.
If the class says ‘WAITLIST’, this means the class is fully booked.
Be sure to add yourself to the waitlist though, as we often get cancellations ahead of time.

RESERVING A SESSION:

You are solely responsible for the booking and cancellation of your session. You may reserve your session online via your account on Wellness Living.

If you are unfamiliar with how to do this, we are happy to show you before or after your next class. We have also created some videos on our YouTube channel HERE to show you how to login, book, cancel and reschedule your sessions.

If you would like to purchase or book bulk classes, please email your preferred dates, times and type of class to admin@pilates-hq.com.au. However as we are often teaching classes, we may not be able to respond to your email immediately, and put you into your desired class. The class you requested may already be booked by someone else via our online platform, Wellness Living.

WAITLIST:

Due to the limited sizes of our classes it is advised you sign up ahead of time. If you go to sign up and it says ‘WAITLIST’, this means the class is fully booked. You may add yourself to the waitlist in the event of a cancellation. If you are on the waitlist for a class and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email and text message from Wellness Living confirming the same. Please maintain updated contact information on your account to ensure you are receiving emails and texts
