My online coaching is designed to help you get from

where you are now (injured, unmotivated, lost fitness, needing guidance) to where you want to be (running after your kids, lifting heavy weights, exercising regularly, happy, healthy). 
 

The best thing about this is it's totally tailored to you, your body, your goals & the equipment you have, and it's all designed by me a Physitherapist and Pilates Teacher!

ONLINE INDVIDUALISED PROGRAM

You get your own individualised 12 week program, created based around your goals, your injury (if you have any) & your fitness level for you to complete at home (with any equipment you may have).

None of this set and forget, you'll also get individualised check ins with me over the 12 week period to keep you motivated and accountable and to allow modifications to your program.

You can chat directly with over the course of your program aswell as being able to send videos of you performing the exercises to gain feedback on your technique along the way. 

The aim is to give you your own tailored individualised session with ongoing support & motivation along your journey!

Unlimited messaging directly with Steph re: program


15minute Virtual Check in at 6 Weeks.
