WHO IS PILATES FOR?
Pilates is for anyone and everyone. Our varying class levels and types should allow you to find a class to meet your fitness and experience level. Want your exercises to be more or less challenging? Ask one of our lovely instructors and we will modify or advance the exercise accordingly.
DO I NEED AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT?
If you have an injury or are wanting to join our Studio or Clinical Pilates Classes, you will need to have an Initial Assessment so your instructor can individually tailor a program to meet your goals or rehab needs.
You do not need an initial assessment to attend our Reformer Pilates Classes if you are injury Free.
wHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES BEFORE?
No problem at all, attend one of our Beginner Reformer Classes and we will ease you into your Pilates journey. Want to be a bit more familiar with the exercises before doing a group class, then call us today to organise a 1:1 pilates session first.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STUDIO AND CLINICAL PILATES CLASS?
Studio and Clinical Pilates Classes are structured in the exact same way, with 4-5 people maximum in a class and individually tailored program. The only difference being, that a Clinical Pilates Class is instructed by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist whilst our Studio Pilates Classes are instructed by highly qualified and skilled Pilates Instructors.
WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
Pilates is a perfect way to help prepare the body for the demands of childbirth and motherhood. We advise all Prenatal and early post natal women to join in on our Studio or Clinical Pilates Classes, so that we can adjust the program according to how far they are pre or post natal.
*Please ensure you have full medical clearance from your Doctor or Specialist prior to attending a class.
CAN I CLAIM IT ON MY PRIVATE HEALTH?
You are only able to claim or Clinical Pilates Classes on your private health insurance, and will need to book a 1on1 Physio Assessment first.
HOW DO I PAY AND BOOK A CLASS?
You are only able to pre book your classes if you have already paid for these classes. You can do all of your bookings and payments on Wellness Living or via the Wellness Living Achieve App. Once paid, you are in credit until a class is completed, unless you incur a late cancellation fee.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of classes. If the cancellation falls outside of this window the regular class fee will be deducted from your account or off your pass.
